Gov. AbdulFatah Ahmed of Kwara has signed four Bills into law, with a pledge to further improve wellbeing of residents of the state in the years ahead.
Dr Muideen Akorede, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media, made this known in a statement in Ilorin on Sunday.
The new laws, according to the statement are:
- The N56.7billion Supplementary Appropriation Law 2013
- Kwara State Office of the Public Defender (Amendment) Law 2013.
- Kwara State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency (Amendment) Law 2013
- Kwara State Citizen’s Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Amendment) Law 2013.
